Kingdom Leadership Capacity Strengthening at WNCC

WNCC ‘s 2025 Ministers/Church Leaders’ Workshop was a landmark event. It was unique in both content and impact. Held on the College campus between 6 -9 May, 2025 with the theme “Strengthening Kingdom Leadership Capacity for Kingdom Service,” the event brought together a diverse group of church leaders, ministers, and spiritual mentors from across the region. The uniqueness of the program lay in its practical, biblically grounded approach to leadership in today’s church context.

We focused on topics highly relevant to contemporary church leadership challenges, including non-anxious leadership, soul care for leaders, navigating difficult congregational dynamics, discernment in decision-making, worship enhancement, shepherd selection principles, amongst others.

Participants testified to how the workshop renewed their spiritual strength and focus in ministry, provided robust and actionable insights into effective church leadership, fostered unity and collaboration among leaders, equipped them with tools for healthy spiritual formation and mentorship, encouraged a culture of discipleship and leadership multiplication. One minister shared, “I came here burned out, but I am leaving with fresh vision and practical steps to lead with wisdom and grace.”

At the close of the four-day workshop, participants received a Certificate of Participation, signifying their successful completion of the training. This certification not only acknowledges their commitment to personal growth and church development but also reinforces the credibility and integrity of our leadership training efforts.

We are confident that the impact of this workshop will ripple through many congregations and communities. The Kingdom of God is being advanced through empowered, well-equipped, and spiritually healthy leaders.

To our sponsors, we deeply appreciate your generous support, which made this workshop possible. Your partnership enables us to continue training leaders who serve with excellence, integrity, and a heart for God’s people.
