MISSIONS UPDATES FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2025 – 163 BAPTISMS, 2 RESTORATIONS AND 1 BURIAL
I thank God for using me mightily in His kingdom to bring many souls for Christ. I thank you my beloved supporters for providing regular fundings and prayers for me to do effective ministry – 163 baptisms, 2 restoration and one funeral for the month of August 2025.
The Nigerian Christian Bible College, Ukpom conducted her 71st Annual Bible Lectureship, August 12 through 15, 2025 on the theme Church Edification. I helped to supervise the activities of the Lectureship, which was a weeklong event. We had a Baccalaureate Service on Sunday, August 10, Monday August 11, Provost Banquet and the Bible Lectureship began on Tuesday and lasted till Friday with a convocation ceremony. It was a great event, which brought of 7,000 people across Nigeria and abroad to the college for fellowship, Bible study and physical and spiritual reawakening. 129 souls were baptized and 27 ministers were convoked with Diploma in Theology. Over 3 Million Naira was raised for completion of male dormitory project.
The same week, Ibiono Ibom Youth Forum was held at Ikot Usen, Ibiono where many Christian Youths gathered together to study the word of God, many youths were in attendance and 27 souls were baptized into Christ and unfortunately, one young person slumped and died during games.
On 30th August, I preached at the funeral of Late Florence Etuk Sunday at Ikot Akpabio.
THE AFRICANS CLAIMING AFRICA FOR CHRIST CONFERENCE, SIERRA LEONE, OCTOBER 20 – 25, 2025
I want to thank the Hillsboro family for providing the funds for me so as to participate in ACAC, Sierra Leone Conference. God bless you richly for your missions efforts. I will leave with the Nigerian Team on the 18th October and we will stop at Monrovia, Liberia for two days for some activities before proceeding to Sierra Leone for the conference which begins on October 20.
This missions trip will take me to two African countries outside Nigeria. I need your prayers for safety. Thank you sirs.
MONEY FOR SEMINARS AND BIBLES
I continue to conduct seminars for WBS students and give out Bibles to new converts. I need about $650 for this year seminars and Bible purchases. You can include it in the September wire if it is possible.
